Husky, deep, distinctive voice with a neutral English accent

I have been a voice over and television announcer for over 27 years.

My voiceover work spans documentary narration, e-learning, online training, the corporate sector, commercials, tv promos, tv marketing campaigns, tv season launch campaigns, radio imaging, audio books, the web......you name it, I've voiced it!

As the longest serving female tv announcer in the UK, I have announced live for LWT, ITV, Five, BBC World, BSB Galaxy, Superchannel, Westcountry TV and The Family Channel. I have also been a pre-recorded announcer for many more tv channels including, currently,the movie channel Film24 on Sky157

I have voiced television trailers for numerous tv stations, including the ITV network, and ITV1, 2 and 3, for 25 years.

I am also a radio station imaging voiceover. Currently I am the station voice for BBC Radio Manchester, BBC Radio Leeds, Radio Pembrokeshire, Radio Scilly ( the smallest station in the world!) as well as many more in the past, including the UK's Talk Radio and London's LBC.

If you live in the UK you have probably heard me somewhere at some stage in your life -whether weekends on LWT, on ITV programme trailers or CSI nights on Five or even on planes announcing for British Airways In Flight TV                             

 

I have voiced for Bill Gates and I am also an Events  Announcer - my voice has been used for award ceremonies by BAFTA and the Royal Television Society.

I was the live English Opening and Closing Ceremonies Stadium Announcer for the 2006 Asian Games in Doha -an event which reached a tv audience of 3.8 billion viewers. 

I have even been a 'letters' voice for Points of View!  

I now have my own studio and can supply your recordings across the world via the internet on MP3 or Wav.
