You may have heard me as the Ceremonies Announcer for London 2012; announcing back in the day at weekends on LWT; on ITV programme trailers; on Channel 5; as a ‘letters voice’ on ‘Points of View’; as the ‘‘voice” of your local radio station - or even on British Airways In Flight TV. Radio Station Imaging & Commercials.

I am also a radio station imaging voice over. I have been the station voice for LBC, Talk Radio, Wave 105, BBC Radio Manchester, BBC Radio Leeds, Pembrokeshire Radio, Radio Scilly (the smallest station in the world!) & The Breeze 107 - as well as stations in other countries, new online stations Boom & Victory and many UK community stations. In addition, I have voiced numerous radio commercials. Recent work includes Times Radio & Talk Radio.

Other radio work: I have been a news commentator / contributor to Simon Lederman’s Show on BBC Radio London, and Carol McGiffin’s show on LBC.

I was part of the team of Capital Radio Yorkshire’s wonderfully anarchic, award winning Breakfast Show “Hirsty’s Daily Dose” as “Voiceover Lady”.

Events, Awards & Olympic Ceremonies Stadium Announcer / Voice of God ( VOG)

I was the live Stadium Announcer for the Closing Ceremony of the Olympic Games, and the Opening & Closing Ceremonies of the Paralympic Games in London 2012.

More recently, I fulfilled the same role as the Stadium Ceremonies Announcer for the First European Games  in 2015, & The Islamic Games and Asian Games in 2017.

I was the voice for Bill Gates’ presentation to the UN, and I have also announced live for various Award Ceremonies and corporate events including the John Lewis 150 Years Celebration, The Times Higher Education Awards, The Financial Times Business Book of the Year Awards, BAFTA, The Holmes Report Annual PR Awards and the Royal Television Society.

So….If you hire me, I think it’s fair to say … you’re in safe hands.
